The Escape Lounge is located at the Main Terminal (inside the security area). Once you go through the security check section and the duty-free area, you will find the lounge located after the shopping area. It is set opposite Gate 17.

This is a family-friendly lounge that is open to everyone. No matter whichever airline you are flying with or whichever class ticket you have purchased, you can access the Escape Lounge EMA. 

You can make a reservation through the website of East Midlands Airport or Escape Lounges. 

The lounge price begins from £31.99 per person. Entry is free for infants from 0 to 35 months of age. You are not required to contact the lounge’s staff if your infant’s age is below 2 years. However, you need to contact them at a number provided on their website if your child’s age is from 25 to 35 months. This is necessary so as to make them aware. These requirements are valid in the case of both pre-bookings and walk-ins.

On the other hand, the lounge allows complimentary entry to:

• American Express Platinum card primary users
• Primary users of the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve card (flying on the same day’s Delta Airlines flight)
• TAV Passport Card Members
• Dreamfolks Card Holders (conditional to the membership’s benefits)

Interestingly, if you hold Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, Lounge Key, Lounge Club, Diners Club, Lounge Me, or TAV Passports membership then also you can access the lounge. But it is advised that you familiarize yourself with lounge policies, guidelines, and terms and conditions. 

In fact, all the Priority Pass and DragonPass card members are offered the facility to book their space in advance. Escape Lounges offer specific portals for booking that are dedicated to DragonPass and Priority Pass card users.

But, please make sure to carry your Priority Pass or DragonPass card to access the lounge. You must reach the Escape Lounge within 2 hours of your reserved time. If you are not able to reach on time, your space may be made available to other visitors.

Eligible guests are allowed to bring or invite a maximum of three guests. You are also required to also check with your card provider for details about any more charges associated with your access and also with the entry of your guests.

You can bring or invite guests to the Escape Lounge East Midlands Airport if you belong to any of the following categories:

• American Express Delta SkyMiles card holders can invite guests by paying a charge of US$30 per guest. The guest must be traveling on the same day’s flight run by Delta Airlines.

Amex Lounge East Midlands Airport 

You are allowed to access the lounge if you hold an American Express card membership. You will have to show your Priority Pass Select Card and boarding pass for the same day.
