Operational Hours of ORD Swissport Lounge

The Lounge remains open from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm on a daily basis. 

It remains closed on 25th December and 1st January. Access may be temporarily restricted owing to space issues in particular during the hours of 15:00 – 20:30 daily.

The Swissport Lounge is conveniently located at International Terminal 5 of Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Go to Airside, after Security and then take a right turn. You will find the lounge located next to Gate M13.

Access is permitted 3 hours prior to scheduled flight departure – Access may be restricted due to space constraints and subject to changes in flight departures – Children under 4 years are admitted free – Dress code applicable (shoes required for entry).
