United Club Lounge at Austin Airport Access Policy
You are eligible to access the lounge if you have a valid United Club membership card or even if you have purchased a one-time pass. You need to present your boarding pass for the same day, belonging to the flight of United Airlines, Star Alliance, or a contracted partner. If you bring or invite your guests, they also need to show the same.
You also need to show a valid photo ID issued by the government. You may use your driver’s license, passport, or military ID) for the same. Other credentials may also be required by the staff at the lounge.
The entry to the lounge is allowed only at the departure and arrival airport for United, Star Alliance or a contracted partner operated flights.

- If your United membership card has expired or it is used by anyone else, it will be taken away by the travel executives from the airline.
- The lounge allows an individual who is 18 years old or above. Those below the age of 18 must come along with an adult of 18 years of age.

United Club Lounge Guest Policy
United Club members are allowed to invite or bring a maximum two guests to the lounge. There may also be 1 adult and dependent children below the age of 21 with you. Guests also need to adhere to the lounge rules and guidelines. If you need to bring more than 2 guests, you need to pay additional charges for the same.
One-time Pass for United Club Lounge at AUS Airport
You can purchase a one-time pass for US$59 to gain access to the lounge. The pass will be applicable for you only. You will not be allowed to bring guests. However, you may bring children under 2 years of age.
You need to show a valid boarding pass for the same day. The pass may belong to United Airlines, Star Alliance, or a contracted partner operated flight.
Please bear in mind, you may be denied entry if the lounge capacity gets full. So, you may need to wait in such a scenario.
The one-time pass cannot be used after the expiry date printed on it.
