The lounge is conveniently located at Frankfurt Airport, Terminal 1, Concourse A, inside the security section. You will find it on Level 2, opposite the duty-free shop, which is close to Gate A13.

You can seek support from the airport staff if you are unable to find the location.

Operational Hours of Lufthansa Lounge

The Lufthansa First Class Lounge at Terminal 1, Concourse A operates from 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM daily.

Hence, if you need to catch a flight through this terminal during these hours, you can access the lounge if sufficient time is left before the departure. You must be eligible to gain entry into the lounge.

Access to First Class Lufthansa Lounge Frankfurt Airport

The following passengers are allowed to access the lounge: 

• First Class passengers

(flying on a flight operated by Lufthansa or SWISS)

• First Class passengers

(flying on a flight operated by Star Alliance)

• HON Circle Members

This lounge does not allow passengers to wear airline uniforms. Also, entry to travelers under the age of 18 will be restricted if they travel alone. You are advised to stay familiar with policies or conditions defined by Lufthansa Airline for lounge access.

You are eligible to take your companion and family members into the lounge with you.

• First Class passengers flying on a flight operated by Lufthansa or SWISS can bring 1 companion, 1 life partner/spouse, and Own child under 18 years of age.

• First Class passengers flying on a flight operated by Star Alliance can bring 1 companion.

Please note that accompanying persons are required to present a valid boarding pass for the same flight to gain access to the lounge. In addition, they need to enter and leave the lounge along with the person inviting them into the lounge.

• Smokers have the option of withdrawing to a Cigar Lounge (Pier A) or Smoker Lounge (Pier B).

• A telephone, Internet kiosk, laptop connections, Wi-Fi, and office materials are also available, as well as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines for your use. The First Class Lounges offer discrete office units where you can work undisturbed.

• For admission to the First Class Lounge and to the First Class Area, all traveling companions (including spouses, partners, and children under 18) must show a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person inviting them.
