MCO Plaza Premium Lounge Access
Access to the Plaza Premium Lounge Orlando airport is open to members and non-members; non-members can walk in and use the services for a nominal charge. All travelers, irrespective of their airline may use the lounge services and amenities if they wish.
You can access the lounge using a Plaza Premium Lounge Pass which can be purchased online through the lounge’s official website.
Once your pass gets activated, you will get lounge passes or vouchers. It may be noted that if two visits are attached to your pass, you will get two vouchers. So, this goes as per the number of access enabled for the lounge pass.
Your Plaza Premium Lounge Pass remains valid for up to 12 months once it gets activated. Once the time limit is over, you will not be able to use it. The pass top-up facility is not available. You can buy a new pass.
One of the major advantages of using the Plaza Premium Lounge pass is that you can buy lounge access well in advance. Also, you can easily save up to 50% on the walk-in rates. You just need to present your pass at the lounge’s reception to get entry inside. If you are not able to show the same, you need to pay the usual walk-in charge.
It may be highlighted that the pass is a revised and digitalized version of the Plaza Premium Lounge Gift Card that was offered earlier. These gift cards are not available now. However, if you had purchased a gift card earlier, and it still has balance and its validity is not over, don’t worry, you can easily use it to access the lounge.
Please note that Plaza Premium Lounges allow travelers to stay for a maximum of 3 hours per visit. Nevertheless, you must confirm the same before accessing a specific Plaza Premium lounge as some of the lounges allow travelers to stay for up to 2 hours only. Therefore, staying informed will enable you to plan your schedule in a better manner.
If you are a member of Smart Traveller, you can log into your account before the activation of your lounge pass. This can be done either on the website of Smart Traveller or through its mobile app. You will be able to locate your vouchers in the Smart Traveller Mobile App wallet.
Alternatively, you will get the vouchers through an email once your pass gets activated, only if you did not log into your account before activation or if you are not a member of Smart Traveller.
Guest Policies
Children under the age of 2 years are not charged for admission to the lounge; travelers should note that minors/children will not be permitted in the lounge without adult supervision. Charges may be applicable for some use of some services/amenities/facilities.

If you don’t have the Plaza Premium Lounge pass, you can pay the walk-in charge which starts from US$69.18. You can stay for up to 3 hours in this particular lounge. Lounge pass holders can get discounts on the usual walk-in rates.
