ANA Lounges

ANA Suite Lounge does not allow paid access. You can access the rest of the lounges operated by All Nippon Airways at Tokyo International Airport by making an advance reservation through the website of All Nippon Airways for JPY 4,000 (including tax). This price is valid for both adults and children. If you wish to bring infants, you need not pay any charges for them. 

If you have made a flight reservation with All Nippon Airways through its official website, you can apply for lounge booking through the Reservation Details screen. Otherwise, you need to use the Reservation Completed screen after you purchase your ticket. You can modify your lounge booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. 

However, if you purchase access at the Haneda airport check-in counter, ticketing counter, or at the lounge, on the day of use, you will have to pay JPY 6,000. Please note that this booking cannot be changed or modified.

Japan Airlines JAL Sakura Lounges 

You can access these lounges located at various terminals of Haneda Airport by paying JPY 4,950 (Amount is JPY 4,500 without tax).

You must go through the relevant terms and conditions given on the websites of these two airlines so as to avoid any unpleasant experience.
