The JFK Business Lounge before flight departures can be accessed by Business Class passengers of Lufthansa, First Class passengers of Lufthansa, SWISS, and of flights operated by Star Alliance, HON Circle Members, Senators, Frequent Travelers, and Star Alliance Gold Members.
Travelers arriving at JFK International Airport can access the Lufthansa Lounge if they are Business Class passengers of Lufthansa or First Class passengers of SWISS or Lufthansa or HON Circle Members or Senators.
Lufthansa Business Class Lounge Guest Policies
Children 2 years old or under can enter this lounge free of cost, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Priority Pass holders access will not be allowed access between 02:00 p.m. and 07:00 p.m. If any traveler is in an airline uniform, they will be allowed to enter the Lufthansa Business Class Lounge. This lounge only offers services to guests departing from Terminal 1.

As a frequent traveler, I had a pleasure of experiencing this wonderful lounge, and truly surpassed all my expectations. I was greeted nicely, the food was good, and everything was so good.
A decent option for passengers. The seating areas at this lounge are comfortable, and it offers a satisfactory variety of food and beverages. However, the overall ambiance and decor could use some improvement. The staff members were polite and helpful. An average lounge experience.
