This is an unbelievably bad lounge. Not mentioning a bizarre food the service is terrible. There are mostly mangers there, not really service personnel. The waiting time is 1.5 hours or more. They are making fun of you saying that they call you when the boarding is announced. This is what they do to most of people. I am not called at 4:30 with the flight at 6 pm, bacausd the want to sit people departing at 5 pm! Again, this is not a real lounge, but a place they hire useless people. The person who checks in is accompanied by another one, who simply sits nearby, although there are 20 people in line. Now they involved another person who sits outside and making reservations. This is ridiculous, because they call you only after you are about to board. There are plenty is seats inside. They do not care.
